What a year for our SAP process consulting! A lot has happened in every area of our company, both internally and externally, in 2023. We have summarized some of the most important highlights for you here.
It's off into the clouds!
As the first SAP partner (since 2017) to offer an add-on as a central entry point to the POS data archiving in compliance with KassenSichV in 2023, we have repeatedly offered the SAP certification received. Now also for the cloud! Receipt4S® v2.0 has been tested and confirmed in the S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, release 2022. And we can reveal in advance: the topic of "development in the cloud" will be a big one for us in 2024. And not just in the area of cash register data archiving. News on this will follow shortly!
Another in-house development has increasingly come into the limelight: On the AFI Heartbeat our Managing Partner Thomas Dresselhaus together with the AFI Solutions to present our SAP add-on SplitUpDebit. A clever piece of software that helps with the invoicing of total invoices and is becoming increasingly popular with our customers. We are currently implementing several projects. In this context, we are particularly proud that the satisfaction with our approach in 2023 has been reflected in the number of customers who have opted for further AddOns along the P2P and O2C process chains have decided.
DocumentHub: Four new launches for intelligent document recognition
Our new and existing customers benefit from another innovation. The DocumentHub is a cloud-based, AI-supported document recognition system used primarily for incoming invoices and order confirmations as well as incoming orders. In 2023, we were able to integrate this important digital starting point for automated processes for two existing customers and two new customers. Dates for further integration projects are already noted in the 2024 calendar.
REexpect GmbH with porta group of companies at the SAP Real Estate Congress
Our subsidiary - 2022 in the ZIA Innovation Radar was also able to shine through advocacy. On the Annual Congress "Real Estate and Facility Management with SAP" the TAC Insights in Berlin, reported the porta group of companies from the successful use of SmartDocs for the efficient processing of service charge settlements.
In addition, the REexpectwhich specializes in the SAP RE-FX module, was represented at the Real Estate Arena in Hanover to help property managers with their digital transformation.
New blood for the team: events and new employees
In 2023, we placed great emphasis on recruiting new specialists. For the first time, we have created a format for the "Business Informatics - We're clearing up clichés!" program. Girls Day offered. Six participants were delighted with the insights into professional life and were able to learn from our in-house role models. Céline, Olga and Merna learn how to successfully enter the world of IT. We are delighted with the successful event and will be back at the 2024 Girls Day Radar to find.
In addition to Girls Day, we also presented ourselves as a potential employer at the Trainee Vibes in appearance. The training fair in Minden took place for the first time on the premises of DB Systemtechnik and invited visitors to try out and discover. Here too: registration for 2024 is open!
However, we have not only recruited new talent, we also have new additions! Kira Waltke, who completed an internship as part of her studies in summer 2023, will continue to support us as a student assistant in 2024. We have also Frederik Rekos for an apprenticeship as an IT specialist and with Cederic Trindade a new dual student of business informatics on board.
DSAG Annual Congress: Lively crowd at the Jungle Bar
"We bring light into the jungle of solutions!" - that was our motto for the this year's annual congress of the German-speaking SAP User Group (DSAG). At our Jungle Bar - equipped with the finest cocktails - we were able to exchange ideas with partners, customers, old and new acquaintances. It was a complete success! We had our subsidiary on our stand for the first time and were able to cover a wide range of questions with specialist know-how. Here, too, the think tank is running hot to go one better in 2024.
There is so much more to tell! From our numerous happy hours, our delicious cooking events, our crazy Video shoot with the RetailOneSolution Network as advertising for the EHI Technology Days and don't even get us started on our office dog Tolkien. But we won't stop when it's at its best, because as we all know (you follow us on LinkedIn, right?), the CSK train has no brakes. Follow our channels in 2024 too!
