If you are looking for skilled workers, you have to be prepared to train them yourself! This is also true for us and therefore we go on a local search for new talent. From May 11 to 13, 2023, the Azubi Vibes training fair will take place in Minden (Westf) and we will provide insights into the various career paths available at CSK at our booth 1.78.
The training fair - formerly "GoFuture" - has already existed for over 20 years and will take place for the first time in 2023 on the premises of DB Systemtechnik (Pionierstraße 10, 32423 Minden). More than 120 companies from the entire Mühlenkreis Minden-Lübbecke will be represented there to present the variety of apprenticeships to students - and not just in theory. At the fair, students can also try things out in practice! Among other things, the Maker Faire for tinkerers will take place at the same time on the exhibition grounds and we have also prepared a small game at our stand. It's worth stopping by!
