This provides you with more mobility and enables smart handling of your goods. Our mission is to offer an all-round worry-free solution for retailers.

 

What are the advantages of an SAP® cash register?

hokona GmbH has many years of experience with the integration of POS solutions from SAP®. SAP® Customer Checkout already maps a large number of conceivable payment scenarios in the standard version; hokona GmbH will adapt it to your specific needs. An SAP® POS system has the great advantage of being particularly integrative. That means: Communication between ERP and POS is possible more smoothly. Further advantages are among others:

  • dynamic browser interface -> no extensive software installation necessary, you only need Java runtime
  • both via keyboard, customized tiles or EAN scan the product is quickly read in
  • You can "design" your cash register interface and function keys according to your wishes
  • Discount rules and customer promotions are easy to store
  • Posting in real time
  • all documents are immediately available in the SAP® Customer Checkout Manager
  • Receipt can be provided as QR code
  • Passing on the data to other sub-systems

All three SAP® solutions can be controlled via the Fiori Launchpad.

 

What are the advantages of using the Store Solution? 

  • Sales flow into a refill list -> a work list is created for the store personnel
  • Omni-channel data converges in near real-time
  • Stocks can be viewed on the move
  • Reorders take place in time
  • Inventories can be easily booked via an intuitively usable frontend (frontend also customizable)
  • Special requests possible, e.g. a Fiori app for printer configuration to quickly add printers

 

What are the advantages of Receipt4S®?

  • Cross-system data collector that accompanies the receipt on its way through the systems
  • Bond data for specific markets and time periods can be viewed in the Receipt4S® Monitor
  • Preservation of the original as xml and look-a-like
  • Completeness check with regard to TSE signatures, DSFinV-K files, etc.
  • traceable document flow
  • If the financial advisor comes to the branch, you can provide data promptly and transfer it via Z3 download if required
