Form and approval processes, the processing of invoices or the seamless recording of orders: There are enough examples of bureaucratic "time eaters" in companies. We are pleased to have been able to streamline these processes for the company, which has been successful for over 140 years. Engelhard Pharmaceuticals in the project with a strong internal and external team.
As part of a P2P process, we run the software CSK Purchase as well as CSK Invoice one. CSK Purchase is a completely SAP®-integrated self-service requisition portal that enables the connection of a supplier catalog and thus ensures the smooth entry of SAP® purchase requisitions/purchase orders. In the financial area, we supplement SAP® with CSK Invoice with automated invoice verification - regardless of whether the invoice is received by paper, e-mail or fax.
After the software installation and provision of our template processes, we are moving into the agile adaptation of the processes and components. The goal is to go live before the end of the year, so that we can focus even more on value-creating success factors with streamlined business processes.
