SAP solutions get on your last nerve?

Well-intentioned in theory, a latent nuisance in practical implementation. This is how many employees from IT departments and later users perceive the "messing around" with the SAP system. However, you can prevent this.

Change projects have one thing in common: the longer they last, the more the enthusiasm of those involved flattens out. As a combination of process consulting and SAP specialist, we like to fine-tune our methods and also make our processes.Simple.Better. To be able to describe our approach, we have given it a name: The VIROCK Implementation Method.

VIROCK stands for Vision > Installation > Responding > Organization > Concept > Keys. What is unique about our implementation method is that part of the concept emerges while the project is already underway.

 

 

Directly at the start of the project, we install our template on a test system and work directly with your real data to test the extent to which adjustments are necessary. Due to the high standardization of our SAP ERP solutions and our extensive experience in customer projects, the extent of necessary adjustments is usually manageable. Additionally we are at your disposal for Process optimization We support our customers from the very beginning, determine their needs in workshops and work with the mutual interaction of realization and conception.

It won't work without your help: Tips for preparation

Shoveling capacities free is a difficult matter in everyday work. However, it has been shown time and again that where sufficient time is invested in preparations, a lot of time can be saved later on for correction loops. Get a realistic picture in advance: Who is affected by the software introduction and who should be both in professional and interpersonal terms be responsible for the project or parts of it? 

Optimally your project team should a Member of the Executive Board containbecause this clearly signals the importance of the project and can speed up decisions. Furthermore, it needs a project manager, the Deadlines, Budgets, timelines, measuring success, and the like. In order to Planning and control of the technical side is taken care of by the IT Manager.
