Tegut…: Cash register data archiving compliant with KassenSichV with Receipt4S®

kassensichervordnung (KassenSichV) implement and thus all Cash register data archive DSFinV-K and TSE TAR files in a tamper-proof manner. The requirements were Z1, Z2, and Z3 access for the tax office, progressive and retrograde auditability—meaning the seamlessly traceable path from the sales receipt to the accounting document and back—as well as complete Procedural documentation. And all of this, by the deadline of March 31, 2021.

With Receipt4S®, the certified SAP add-on from Consult-SK, POS data is imported immediately after it is generated, checked for completeness, and stored in the existing archive along with the TSE and DSFinV-K files. Document flows are recorded without modification, the TAR files from the fiscal cloud are automatically imported, and assigned to the corresponding individual receipts. Since the solution is fully integrated into SAP and uses the existing Opentext archive, no additional system was required.

tegut… achieved significantly more transparency: With a mouse click, it's possible to trace which individual receipts underlie a revenue booking. Audit routines and completeness checks run automatically, existing internal SAP know-how can be utilized, and by eliminating an additional archive, a noticeable saving in process costs was achieved. The project was completed in a legally compliant manner – well ahead of the deadline.
