The Consult-SK Ltd. is an SAP process consultancy based in Minden, East Westphalia. Since 2013 let's optimize core commercial processes in SAP — Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, E-bill and Tax compliance — wherever large document volumes occur: in retail, industry, and among service providers. Together with our subsidiaries REexpect GmbH and Kumulon GmbH let's form the CSK Group.
We haven't grown through acquisitions, but because, time and again, a topic that emerged from our project work has taken on a life of its own to the point that it needed its own division.
In January 2013, Stephan Kaup founded Consult-SK GmbH in Minden. From the very beginning, the idea has been the same one that still appears above our homepage today: picking up where the SAP standard leaves off. The first customers came from retail—an industry with very large volumes of documents and little room for error regarding deadlines. This schooling continues to shape how we view processes to this day. Back then, nobody anticipated that it would later pay off outside of retail as well.
Yannik Neidiger was granted power of attorney in 2015, Thomas Dresselhaus in 2018—and became managing director in 2021. Our leadership team therefore consists of people who did not come from outside the company, but who have grown with the company over the past ten years. That is why, at our company, managing directors are still actively involved in projects themselves.
For the requirements of Cash register data There is no standard SAP solution for this scenario. As a result, the project evolved into a standalone product: Receipt4S®, registered as a trademark in 2017 and now SAP-certified for the archiving, auditing, and verification of POS data. When the POS Security Regulation takes effect in 2020, our customers will be prepared.
SAP RE-FX is a module with its own logic, its own target audience, and its own set of challenges. Instead of treating it as a side project, we are founding a separate company for it in June 2021: REexpect GmbH, led by Yannik Neidiger. That is also where the SmartDocs Suite currently in use across the entire group. In 2022, REexpect is recognized in the ZIA Innovation Radar.
Same pattern, different focus: In August 2024, years of development on the SAP Business Technology Platform will give rise to Kumulon GmbH. It builds what’s needed on the cloud side — POS Comply, the services CICS and CBCS as well as the customer portal KUMOsphere, which replaces SAP Biller Direct. Since February 2025, Kumulon has also been an SAP Silver Partner.
With the electronic invoice, a niche topic is becoming an issue that affects every company: since January 1, 2025, every invoice recipient must be able to process e-invoices, followed by the sending requirement starting in 2027. Suddenly, it is no longer just retail companies calling, but also the manufacturing industry, energy suppliers, and service providers — everywhere hundreds of invoices are sent and received daily. That is why our solutions CICS and CBCS also run outside of SAP and beyond Germany.
What began as a consulting firm is now a group that provides consulting services and developed. The difference is a very practical one: If a gap arises in the project, we can close it instead of documenting it.
Each house has its own theme and its own team — but the same address in Minden and the same way of working. In projects, we work together across teams.

Maintenance and support are not a separate business model for us, but the norm. Most of our customer relationships have been running for years — some since our founding year.
Our executive management has grown up in the retail environment — in one of the most demanding environments for document volumes and deadlines. What we learned there helps wherever a lot needs to be processed quickly.
Receipt4S®, POS Comply, the SmartDocs Suite, CICS, and CBCS are separate products. Consulting services that, if in doubt, can also develop, arrive at a solution faster.
Our roots are in retail: our customers include Ernsting's family, tegut, Tank & Rast, DOHLE, and FRS, among others. With the e-invoice, that circle has grown considerably—today we also work for industrial companies such as Rose+Krieger, utilities such as Westfalen Weser, and service providers such as freenet. What unites these projects is not the industry, but the starting point: large document volumes, grown system landscapes, and little room for maneuver when it comes to compliance issues.
Technologically, we work with SAP, DOXIS, CAS AG, hokona, valantic and HK Consulting. We are also part of the RetailOneSolution Network, of an association of three SAP partners for store management. Detailed project reports can be found in our References.
All three companies of the CSK Group are located at Simeonsplatz in Minden — and for us, that is more than just an address. We provide ongoing support to the Minden Food Bank (Mindener Tafel e. V.) and are a sponsor of the Handball-Bundesliga team GWD Minden as well as the Minden Wolves. Our projects take us throughout Germany and Europe. They all started right here.
