The capture of incoming invoices, delivery bills or bank receipts is mostly based on data extracted directly from the document. Our self-learning system uses keyword recognition to classify your documents and place them in the correct SAP Workflow or an archive. Ideally, the further processing of a document is also automated, e.g. with the help of DirectInvoiceControl.
Intelligent document classification
Not only terms in the "Subject" area play a role. Our software can use various field values - e.g. IBAN - to identify a document. correctly assigned with the help of the company's own SAP master data.
