On June 5, 2025, it was time to cast off for the Dreamboat Surprise! Instead of a classic business event, an extraordinary atmosphere awaited our guests on the event ship Mr. Walter in the port of Dortmund. With the aim of rethinking the professional exchange of ideas, we deliberately dispensed with traditional conference rooms - and were rewarded with a day full of valuable impulses, intensive discussions and a good atmosphere.
An exclusive round with plenty of room for real exchange
The invitation to the Dreamboat Surprise was aimed at decision-makers and digitalization experts from the SAP environment, particularly from the retail sector. In a deliberately small group, we have created an environment in which people not only listen, but also engage in conversation.
With the unique ambience of the ship's deck as a backdrop, a special dynamic quickly developed - approachable, personal, inspiring.
Highlights from the program
The content was provided by specialist presentations on current challenges and innovations in the SAP environment. There was a particular focus on the digitalization of business processes along the entire retail value chain - from the branch to the head office.
We would like to thank our speakers who shared their perspectives and projects with us, including representatives from FRS, Leica Camera, SAP and Tchibo. They provided exclusive insights into current developments, best practices and their digitalization strategies.
A particular highlight was the open exchange following the presentations: instead of rigid frontal formats, there was plenty of room for questions, discussions and networking - in line with our event concept.
