Automate order confirmations in S/4HANA

You are here:

The end of SAP® ERP maintenance is approaching. A growing number of German companies are already benefiting from the performance gains resulting from the switch to S/4HANA. Accordingly, we have expanded our software solutions. With Solution4Confirmation, we offer you the opportunity to digitize your order-to-cash processes. Take advantage of the high savings potential of our SAP integrated solution compared to analog paper warfare.

Do order confirmations reach your sales staff via numerous channels? For example, via e-mail, fax, EDI data, or in the traditional form of a letter on paper? It can be quite complicated to capture all relevant documents in HANA without gaps. We experience that this is often the case in professional practice time and again: customers describe the problem of incomplete data records and the resulting lack of transparency in business processes. Another factor: the sales team loses valuable time that could be used more sensibly.

At this point we help you! We implement a preliminary route for you via which incoming documents - regardless of their form - automatically end up in your SAP S/4HANA system. Recorded order confirmations are thereby centrally recorded in the SAP inbox. With the help of the Solution4Confirmation SAP monitor, your employees can conveniently call up the order status afterwards. Differences to the original order can be seen immediately in the monitor - if necessary, the digital documents can be edited manually. If, on the other hand, the status of items shows "confirmed as ordered", they can be quickly confirmed and saved in the archive.

For SAP ERP users we offer e.g. DirectConfirmationControl or DirectInvoiceControl an.
