Digital at your place: Corona measures and home office

Consult-SK GmbH has been following the instructions of the authorities since March 16, 2020, so that in a two-stage arrangement all employees can now be contacted from the home office in the usual way. As a precautionary measure, our employees reduce the on-site appointments to an absolute minimum, business trips take place (if at all) exclusively with their own vehicles.

 

Our service Support remains available without restrictions 

Our helpdesk is still available for error messages and change requests. Our support staff is currently (as of March 19, 2020) on duty without exception and will process your tickets at the usual speed. Technically and in terms of personnel, it is guaranteed that our customer projects will continue to run at the same quality level as before.  

On request, we can easily implement training and workshops in the form of web conferences. The same applies to all inquiries about our SAP solutions: Feel free to contact us by phone or by mail. Webcasts to clarify specific product inquiries are an integral part of our sales service, regardless of the current Corona situation. 

 

Personal responsibility is a top priority   

We do not have a crystal ball to predict how the situation in the EU and Germany will develop with regard to the spread of the coronavirus. However, we have full confidence in our employees, who take personal responsibility to take all precautions to protect themselves and their environment as far as possible.
