Instead of sticking and scanning, you can take photos of receipts with your smartphone. And that's not only simple, but also GoBD compliant. This is because the BMF's new version - letter dated November 28, 2019 - allows "...image capture from various types of devices (e.g. smartphones, multifunctional devices or scan streets) ...". This means that the photographing of receipts, so-called mobile scanning, is explicitly permitted! Even abroad, by the way.
There are queries from the accounting department? At CSK Invoice system, individual text templates can be created in order to promptly make queries to the submitter. In addition to the submitted receipts, a PDF log is also generated, which is archived together with the SAP financial accounting receipt.
