This is where we can help you! We implement a pre-route for you via which incoming documents - regardless of their form - automatically land in your SAP S/4HANA system. Order confirmations are recorded centrally in the SAP inbound ledger. With the help of the Solution4Confirmation SAP monitor, your employees can then conveniently call up the order status. Differences to the original Order are immediately visible on the monitor - if necessary, the digital documents can be edited manually. However, if the status of items shows "confirmed as ordered", they can be quickly acknowledged and saved in the archive.
