On March 25, 2025, our long-standing software partner AFI Solutions announced that the company will become part of the SER Group. You can find the complete announcement from AFI here on the AFI Solutions website.
As Consult-SK GmbH, we support numerous customers with solutions from AFI, for example for digital incoming invoice processing or document logistics in the SAP environment. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to briefly explain what the takeover means from our point of view.
Nothing is currently changing for our customers.
All existing solutions will continue to run as usual and our support and assistance services will remain unchanged. We remain in close contact with the AFI Solutions contacts and receive regular updates.
We see the development as positive.
The SER Group is an international provider of enterprise content management (ECM) software. Together with AFI Solutions, a strong partnership has been formed that has the potential to strategically develop the solution portfolio further and secure it in the long term.
