New face: 5 quick questions for Lukas Adler

You are here:

It's that time again - we are delighted to welcome a new CSK Club member. And of course we want to introduce you to our new addition, Lukas Adler. We asked him and asked him again, here is the most important information.

Hey Lukas! You've been with us for a while now - time for our traditional interview. Would you like to start by telling us what you do at CSK and why we don't (yet) see you here every day?

Hey Sandra, I started my job as a working student here at Consult-SK in March. My tasks are in the area of data protection management and compliance, which is very compatible with my business law studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld, so I can also apply theoretical knowledge in practice and gain additional professional experience in this area.

Can you imagine in which direction your interests and your area of responsibility could develop in the future with us?

I can already imagine deepening my knowledge in this area and taking on even more tasks in the future, especially for IT companies, the topics of data protection management and compliance are particularly important. However, I am always open to learning about new areas and getting to grips with the tasks if there is interest.

Our top priority for a new hire is that someone fits in well with the team. That's why we meet potential candidates at our monthly happy hour before they are hired. How was that for you? What was your impression?

The happy hour was a great opportunity to get to know the team, especially because there is a relaxed atmosphere during the happy hour and you can have nice first conversations. My first impression was very positive, I received a friendly welcome from everyone in the team, and of course I was quickly offered something to drink before we all went on to eat together.

Since you've already been with us for a while and have been able to settle in: How have you found working at CSK so far? Is there anything that has particularly struck you? In terms of the work or the "trappings"?

The nice thing is that I can adapt my working hours to my studies and the associated lectures. This means I'm relatively flexible if I have to change my lecture times. Apart from that, I like the good working atmosphere. Eating lunch together and having good conversations in between are good examples of this.

Finally, our not entirely serious but much-loved fun question should not be missing: Suppose you were a smart store, or more precisely: an automated mini-supermarket open 24/7, what could you buy there?

Nice last question. In any case, there would always be plenty of cold drinks available. Among other things, the Capri Sun with a plastic straw would be in the range. There would also be a few snacks and sweets, such as the colorful bag of mixed Haribo flavors, just like at the kiosk back then. The Yum-Yum instant noodles are also a must, of course.

Ah, ok, so you're the multifaceted indulgence type who preserves their inner child? (Editor's note: hobby psychology 😀 )

Well summarized, that's how you can say it, yes 😂

Thank you very much for the interview!
