On May 4, 2023, visitors to AFI HeartBeat can look forward to an exciting event with keynotes, presentations and workshops on SAP document processes at the Stuttgart headquarters. As an AFI partner, we will be there with our own presentation slot: "Just split! Because internal recalculation doesn't have to be complicated!"
The line-up of the AFI Heartbeats is again packed with forward-looking topics and solutions for document processes in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP. A visit is worthwhile, because there is something for everyone - in the case of our presentation, especially for owners of large properties with diverse tenants and companies that act as franchisers. Because we will be presenting our solution for Invoicing / re-invoicing general costs in SAP. Short and sweet: How to easily divide a large total input invoice among many tenants or franchisees.

Our SAP solution simply ties in with our Invoice products and enables in a simple and transparent way:
- Branching from the FI document or AFI center document and manual or partially automated refinement and posting of follow-on documents
- Summary and division of positions
- Optional distribution to company codes, G/L accounts, customers and vendors (incl. CPD)
- Automated creation of documents and filing in the connected archive
- Posting and reversal of re-invoiced documents
- Overview monitor for displaying all documents that have already been processed, including their status
